IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please let Kricket know immediately (within 48hrs of receiving your order).

Please contact Kricket through the PegStilts.com Contact Page or by calling 503-236-7327 so that we can work it out and find a solution for you.


PegStilts.com DOES NOT ALLOW for returns based on:

Changing your mind, not using the product enough, your having financial hardships, your gig got cancelled, fear of using the product, or ANY other reasons that have nothing to do with the product quality itself.

You are always welcome to re-sell the item in your local area for full value, provided the product is still in usable condition.


Even with the restocking fee (see below), returns/exchanges still end up costing ME money and time, so I really try to avoid doing returns by making handmade products that are high quality, therefore not requiring returns.

NOTICE:  IF you are wanting to do an exchange because you ordered a different size/height than what you wanted, and I was not contacted prior to the order to ask about sizing, OR if I was not provided a measurement, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping of the item, IF a new order is placed I MAY waive the restocking fee (it is up to me, to be determined based on each individual situation).


IF I messed up in some way then I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, but I am very careful to ensure that mistakes don't happen.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES GET REALLY EXPENSIVE REALLY QUICK FOR BOTH OF US.

IF APPROVED FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
THE 
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, ADDITIONALLY THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURN ORDERS (which covers some of my costs to ship you the original order, listing fees, and order processing fees)

REFUND CREDITS ARE NOT ISSUED UNTIL RETURN PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY PEGSTILTS.COM, AND PRODUCT IS CONFIRMED TO BE IN NEW, UNUSED, AND STILL IN SELLABLE CONDITION at which time a refund minus the 20% restocking fee will be processed on the original order payment method.

A NEW order is required to be submitted if you're intending to buy a different size or a different product.

Customized products are not returnable under any circumstances.

You are always welcome to re-sell the item in your local area, provided the product is still in usable condition.

NOTE: It is really hard to take products back, particularly stilts, as it is a liability issue because there is no way of knowing how you've used them or what may have happened to them since they've been in your care, and I don't sell used stilts or any other used products.

Customer should expect normal wear and tear over time/use of products, especially with the rubber tips on the stilts.

As with most products, there are a few replaceable parts (including rubber tips) which can be found for sale in PegStilts.com WebStore.

Safety equipment, particularly kneepads, should ALWAYS be used when using stilts, no matter your comfort level.



If you order a stilt height that ends up being too tall for your comfort level:

          It is possible for you to cut them shorter and replace the tread (without having to do a return), but once you cut them there is no way to make that set taller later.
