You are always welcome to re-sell the item, provided the product is still in usable condition.
NOTE: It is really hard to take products back, particularly stilts, as it is a liability issue because there is no way of knowing how you've used them or what may have happened to them since they've been in your care.
Customized products are not returnable under any circumstances.

Customer should expect normal wear and tear over time/use of products.
As with most products, there are a few replaceable parts which can be found for sale in PegStilts.com WebStore.
Safety equipment, particularly kneepads, should ALWAYS be used when using stilts, no matter your comfort level.
If you order a stilt height that ends up being too tall for your comfort level:
It is possible for you to cut them shorter and replace the tread (without having to do a return), but once you cut them there is no way to make that set taller later.
