IF you place your order after the dates above, I cannot guarantee they'll arrive in time.
All free shipping packages ship via ground.
Any rush shipping fees must be paid by the customer, expedited shipping is often very expensive, especially for the Stilts given the large box, so please try to plan accordingly to avoid extra fees.
IF you order late, and your order doesn't arrive on time it is NOT my fault. Christmas (and birthdays) happens on the same dates every year.
I will absolutely go out of my way to do my best to get your order to you on time, but I don't take responsibility for late orders IF it has nothing to do with me.
Shipping and Delivery Information:
PegStilts.com WebStore is now offering FREE SHIPPING in the Continental USA!
FREE US Shipping covers standard/ground shipping only to the Continental USA via USPS or FedEx depending on the product.
The shipping prices have increased too much for me to continue to do so, therefore shipping (half the actual shipping cost to me) will be at the customers expense now for AK and HI orders, I'm so sorry.
FedEx Ground/USPS Mail Shipping:
Once the package ships, you should expect approximately:
1-4 business days delivery to West Coast USA,
4-7 business days delivery to Mid-USA,
7-10 business days delivery time to East Coast USA
MOST ORDER PROCESSING TAKES BETWEEN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON IF THE PRODUCT YOU WANT IS IN STOCK, OR NEEDS TO BE MADE, MOST PRODUCTS ARE KEPT IN STOCK AT ALL TIMES.
Any orders requiring faster processing/shipping will require rush delivery fees to be paid for by the customer prior to shipment occurring, please get in touch directly if you require rush shipping.

FedEx Express (1-2 days delivery time):
Express Shipping is a lot more expensive for stilts due to the size of the box required to ship them.
However, if you need your stilts ASAP and you're able to pay the Express shipping fees, then I can generally meet your needs, get in touch for a quote, express shipping fees are required to be paid by the customer.
PegStilts.com IS able to ship stilts to International locations, though it can be quite expensive.

You can schedule an appointment to pick up your order if you are located in or near Lakeside, Oregon.
I'm located off Highway 101 in Lakeside, OR.
I'll give you my exact address when we schedule your pick-up appointment.
During the checkout process you can enter what date/time is ideal for your appointment in the notes section, or email me.
You do not have to give an exact time/date, just a general idea.
I will check my schedule and confirm with you a date/time that works for both of us.

HI, AK, PR, VI and Canadian orders are also shipped via USPS.
Shipping to Canada via USPS is approx 10-12 days, sometimes customs takes longer.

NOTE: Generally international shipping rates are quite expensive, but I am happy to give you a shipping quote if you'd like me to check for your area, please send me your full shipping address and the peg stilt size/height/quantity OR list of other products you are interested in so I can give you an accurate quote.
Most orders for one set of stilts ships from PegStilts.com 1-3 days after payment is received.
Multiple set orders may take a little longer, but they will likely ship within 1-2 weeks of order placement, it depends on the order size, once your order is received I will be in touch to let you know order production timeline, if there will be a delay I will contact you to let you know.

FedEx Ground/Home packages shipped within the USA generally arrive in 3-5 business days, occasionally 7-10 days if there is extreme weather conditions.
You will receive an e-mail directly from FedEx when your order ships providing you with the tracking information and expected delivery date so you can plan accordingly.
No shipping occurs on federal holidays or weekends.

If you or your business have a FedEx or UPS account number that allows you to get discounts on International Shipping I am happy to set up the shipping that way.
If you choose that you'd like me to use your FedEx or UPS account number, then you'll need to provide me with the number.
For example the 3' stilts ship in a 5 foot tall box so they charge based on the dimensions of the box, not that the box only weighs 12 pounds.
Because their fees are not something I'm in control of, there is nothing I can do about it. I'm sorry, I really wish I could...I lose a lot of international orders because of the shipping costs and that's really a shame for such a small niche business like PegStilts.com
If you buy multiple pairs of stilts and they are all going to the same place, depending on which height(s) of stilts you choose, I can sometimes combine shipping (put in same box, they are extendable) to make the shipping cost less.
