Not everyone wants to, or can, attach their shoes to their stilts, for a variety of reasons.

Some people's feet move around more in the stilts than others, and some teachers facilitate many students of varying sizes/ages, so attaching shoes is not an option.

Want to make your own??  Simply use adhesive backed sandpaper or stair tread tape, and pieces from a yoga mat.
